A pandemic staple.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- 6 breaded chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- Cornmeal, for dusting
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 500°F, or its highest tempreature.
- Chop the chicken tenders into 1/2-inch bite sized pieces.
- Dust your worksurface with cornmeal and stretch out your pizza dough into a circle.
- Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough and add half the chicken tenders.
- Top with half the mozzarella cheese, then the other half of the chicken tenders, and finally the other half of the mozarella. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
- Put the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes, then turn on the broiler and continue to cook until golden brown and bubbling on top (about 5 minutes).
- Add the fresh basil leaves on top, and serve!
