  1. Boil water in a teapot.
  2. Break the matzoh into small pieces in a colander. Pour the boiling water over the matzoh, being sure to get everything went.
  3. Scramble two eggs in a large bowl and add a pinch of salt. Add the drenched matzoh and mix to combine.
  4. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once bubbly, add the matzoh mixture and let sit until fried golden brown.
  5. Break up the matzoh and keep flipping until crispy. Salt to taste and serve hot!
