  1. Follow the bag instructions to cook the quinoa.
  2. In a high-walled pan, brown the turkey over medium heat, then drain out the fat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Add the frozen veggies, water, and spices. Continue to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the water has been absorbed and veggies cooked through.
  4. Once the quinoa is done, assemble your bowls 1:2 quinoa and turkey mixture. Top with sriracha and crispy fried onions to taste. Enjoy!
