Ingredients
- 93% ground turkey
- 1 white onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tri-color quinoa
- 1/2 bag frozen pearl onions
- 1/2 bag frozen spinach
- 1/4 bag frozen corn
- 1/2 cup water
- Spices galore(!), to taste
- Sriracha, to taste
- Frenchy’s crispy fried onions, to taste
Directions
- Follow the bag instructions to cook the quinoa.
- In a high-walled pan, brown the turkey over medium heat, then drain out the fat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the frozen veggies, water, and spices. Continue to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the water has been absorbed and veggies cooked through.
- Once the quinoa is done, assemble your bowls 1:2 quinoa and turkey mixture. Top with sriracha and crispy fried onions to taste. Enjoy!
